Peter joined the firm in May 2015 and is a Solicitor in the Employment Department.  He advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of employment and LLP/partnership law issues.

Peter has extensive experience of Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court litigation. He advises on complex cases involving departures, restrictive covenants, breach of contract, discrimination and whistleblowing. He also has a wealth of experience advising on non-contentious matters.

Peter trained and qualified in London and worked at a leading City employment practice before joining Spearing Waite. He writes regularly for leading legal publications.
