Handbooks, workplace policies and procedures

In order to successfully run and manage a modern workplace it is crucial that every business has in place a user-friendly and sector specific staff handbook.  The handbook should contain policies and procedures on important workplace issues, from health and safety and equal opportunities, to disciplinary and grievance issues.

We will take time to understand the business, culture, and needs of the client before advising on (and producing) a handbook which will become an indispensible tool in the day-to-day running of the organisation

We are able to produce the following policies, either individually or as part of a handbook:

  • Equal opportunities policy
  • Anti-harassment and bullying policy
  • Anti-bribery and corruption policy
  • Dress code policy
  • Expenses policy
  • Data protection policy
  • Electronic information and communication systems policy
  • Sickness absence policy
  • Health and safety policy
  • Substance misuse policy
  • No-smoking policy
  • Stress policy
  • Whistle blowing policy
  • Capability procedure
  • Employer's code of conduct
  • Disciplinary procedure
  • Grievance procedure
  • Maternity policy
  • Paternity policy
  • Adoption policy
  • Parental leave policy
  • Time off for dependants policy
  • Compassionate leave policy clause
  • Bereavement leave policy clause
  • Flexible working policy
  • Home-working policy
  • Career break policy
  • Time off for public duties policy clause
  • Redundancy policy
  • Retirement policy

If you would like to discuss any of the above policies or if you need to put in place a new staff handbook, please contact us and we can answer your queries and provide a quote.
