Dealing with Probate and Administering an Estate

Personal Representatives are those people named in the Will to act as Executors or the next of kin of someone who has left no Will.  Being a Personal Representative brings heavy responsibilities and requires legal advice.  This is quite apart from the fact that after the loss of someone close to you, dealing with these matters may prove personally distressing.  With this in mind we can relieve you of the burden of obtaining probate and help you ensure that the wishes of the deceased are followed.

Probate is the legal confirmation of the validity of the Will. If there is no Will, the Personal Representatives of a deceased may apply for Letters of Administration which will allow them to administer the estate.

We can also assist with the administration of an estate to ensure that it is wound up correctly and the assets distributed quickly.
